Sensational Gain by Caterham Hill Lib Dems

john-orrickEast Surrey Liberal Democrats have pulled off a sensational gain from the Tories in the Caterham Hill division of Surrey County Council.
Local candidate John Orrick took the seat with a majority of 459 votes (10% swing Con to LD) with UKIP placed third and Labour, all but wiped out, in fourth.
