Following the resignation in December of popular Whyteleafe ward councillor, Jeffrey Gray, the Liberal Democrats have held the Tandridge District Council seat in a by-election on Tuesday, 2nd February.

David Lee, also the Lib Dems Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for East Surrey, won the election with a majority of 208.
